Keynote and Awards Sponsor $1,050
Maximize your brand visibility during one of the conference’s most anticipated sessions. This sponsorship includes recognition on prominent signage as our engaging, inspirational speakers take the stage. You will receive complimentary access to keynote and if requested, a table within the forum can be made available for additional advertising opportunities. Please note that this area is not part of the Vendor Village. This sponsorship includes two student scholarships to support student attendance (this will also be advertised at conference, you will choose a specific school and the school will choose the student to attend), advertisement in conference brochure, MOTA website, and social media through December 2027.
Vendor Village Booth $600
Maximize exposure in the Vendor Village with your own table, access to attendees, and in print and virtual recognition.

“Carry your Brand” Conference Bag Sponsor ($700, limit 1)
Your logo goes everywhere! Every attendee receives a conference bag with both MOTA and your branding, giving your company maximum visibility throughout the event.
Conference Brochure Advertising (Full page and quarter page available)

Swag Bag Insert ($100)

Each insert must be approved by the conference organizer.

$30 per student
