Sponsorship Opportunities
Keynote and Awards Sponsor $1,050
Maximize your brand visibility during one of the conference’s most anticipated sessions. This sponsorship includes recognition on prominent signage and within the keynote slide presentation as our engaging, inspirational speakers take the stage, and provides two student scholarships to support student attendance (this will also be advertised at conference, you will choose a specific school and the school will choose the student to attend). This sponsorship also includes advertisement in conference brochure, MOTA website, and social media through December 2027.
Innovation Hub Vendor Village Booth $600
Maximize exposure in the Vendor Village with your own table, access to attendees, and in print and virtual recognition.
- Six foot table with two chairs located in the Vendor Village

Conference Brochure Advertising (Full page and quarter page available)

Lanyard Sponsorship ($500, limit 1)
Every attendee wears it—everywhere! Your logo on the lanyard guarantees high-visibility brand exposure throughout the conference.
Swag Bag Insert ($100)
Include your promotional item directly in the official conference attendee bag and put your brand in the hands of every participant. Each attendee will receive a bag containing carefully curated materials, giving your company high visibility throughout the conference.
Each insert must be approved by the conference organizer.

$25 per student
Companies and individuals have the chance to make a meaningful impact by sponsoring students to attend our conference. Student sponsorships help emerging professionals access valuable learning experiences, connect with industry leaders, and gain exposure to real-world innovations. Sponsorship will cover student registration fees and meals. Sponsors receive brand visibility throughout the event and recognition in conference materials. This is an excellent way to showcase your organization’s commitment to education, career development, and the future of the industry. There is an option to remain anonymous if you would choose to do so.
