If you have extenuating circumstances that may affect your ability to register, please contact the conference committee at conference.mota@gmail.com. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration for the conference, please review the following cancellation policy: On or before September 15th: 75% refund, September 16-October 10: 50% refund, after October 10 – no refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the conference team via email.
