This is a Full Time, Occupational Therapist position with a schedule, Monday – Friday. No weekends or holidays!
The details:
The Frederick Health Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab Crestwood Clinic is a progressive, state of the art, Women’s Health and Wellness Outpatient Clinic. Tx:Team is looking for the right candidate who is a caring, committed and a professional Occupational Therapist experienced in Lymphedema. Collaborative referral sources on site.
Caseload would include diagnoses with upper and lower extremity lymphedema in oncology patients, post mastectomy, and post lumpectomy.

The responsibilities:
- Deliver quality outcomes driven occupational therapy services
- Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
- Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
- Conduct patient and family education
- Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
The requirements
- Degree from a CAOTE accredited school
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Maryland
- Has at least one (1) year of Lymphedema experience
- Displays flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
- Candidates must have at least one (1) year Lymphedema experience
- Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association, or ability to obtain
